Thorough overview but lacking FHA material,
This book contained a lot of helpful, interesting material for disability rights activists to get a good picture of disability rights law with one exception. The book focused primarily on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) with similar materials for the Rehabilitation Act. However it was sorely lacking when it came to material about the Fair Housing Act (FHA), which surprised me. I hope the next version of this book provides comprehensive coverage of the FHA. I am certain that more cases are litigated under the FHA than the Rehabilitation Act, so this seemed like an odd omission.
The book was well organized and accessible to the laymen who already has an understanding of disability law. All in all, useful and interesting, a good investment.

If your professor uses the textbook by Colker definitely get this nutshell! I found it indispensable for my class and am glad I shelled out the money to buy it.
