I am taking a course in entertainment law and feel this is a very relevant video. It is plain speak which makes it palpable to a non-law student. Good Job.

Great video mate! As a law student who adores IP law, I must say that your video is quite nice.

Just a tiny remark, concerning software there is a little controversy. In the United States the software code is protected under Patent law, while in Europe is under Copyrights law.

About the disclosure in patent law, there is a grace period of 1 year in the United States, while in Europe there is no such thing :)

    Otherwise- Great Job!

I found IP law really interesting so it didnt feel very hard. It can be very tough but I would say that if you do the reading and then try to think of it less like a subject and more like something really practical you’ll enjoy it much more and you’ll then find it more interesting.. I could think of tougher subjects though (like equity and trusts and international trade law). IP law is very fact dependent and usually requires you to do a bit more reading. Which uni are u doing it in?

  • Sonia Devi says:

this was quite handy, thank you for the video and keep it up! BTW overall, what do you think of the subject. I am planning to do it as a third year subject but many of my seniors have said its tough. how did you find it.

  • Reviewsforyoutoo says:

I’m glad it was useful :)
